Life Can Be Mental aims to provide a safe environment for teenagers, away from the toxicity that other social media can cause at times. In order to keep the forum a safe place, there are some rules that need to be followed.

1. Treat forum members with respect.
2. Keep profanity at a bare minimum.
3. No bullying of any kind will be tolerated.
4. Keep discussion in topic relevant.
5. Please do not post inappropriate material.

These rules are clear and easy to follow. Breaking a rule will be met with a warning. If this is a repeated offense, it may eventually result in a ban.
